Children in Need: Non-uniform day

As a school, we are always keen to support charities and good causes and this is exceptionally important in the current climate where charitable organisations are finding it more difficult to raise much-needed funds. As such, on Friday 19th November 2021 we will be holding a non-uniform day to support Children in Need.

Students will be able to attend in non-uniform on this day. They can wear appropriate clothing of their choice, including pyjamas or onesies. However, the following items are not permitted:

  • Crop tops or any top that exposes their torso
  • Shorts
  • Ripped jeans
  • Fake nails
  • Fake eyelashes
  • Flip flops

Please ensure any skirts or dresses are of an appropriate length.

This year the £1 contribution for attending in non-uniform will need to be made via ParentPay. This is to ensure that we are adhering to required guidelines and not handling money. Alongside the non-uniform day, the catering department will be selling treats at all catering outlets, with all profits from the sales donated to Children in Need.

I hope that you will be able to support this cause and that the students enjoy the day.
