Employers’ Information

Ormiston Rivers Academy would love to hear from prospective employers who would be willing to support our students with meaningful encounters in school or hosting a workplace visit.

There are many ways you can share your experience and help build our students’ knowledge of employability skills, the workplace, the labour market and job search skills. We have many activities you could join in with and we are always open to new ways of developing our future workforce if you have ideas of your own!

Examples include work shadowing placements, one to one careers coaching, working lunch talks, industry insights, year 10 work experience and mock interviews for our 14-16 year olds.
