Our Academy Day
Students should not be on site before 8.15 a.m.
The Learning Resource Centre is open from 8.15 a.m. giving you an opportunity to use computers, read & research.
Rivers Café is also open for snacks and drinks from 8.15 a.m.
Students must arrive on site by 8.45 a.m. and make their way to their mentor room ready for mentor time at 8.50 a.m.
We run a two-week timetable, Week A and Week B. All students will be provided with a timetable on their first day. The timings will be as follows:

*Period 6 is used for enrichment activities like after school clubs. It is also used for Year 11 (and sometimes other) catch up sessions and subject interventions and supports. We also sometimes use this slot for specialist Sixth Form teaching.

Buses Home
Buses depart from the Academy at 3.30 p.m.
A late bus runs at 4.30 p.m. Monday to Thursday; enabling students to participate in the vast array of after school activities.
